Where the pad fits
First-aid kits, pharmacy shelves, outdoor and camping ranges, travel packs. It is the product a customer reaches for once the bite has already happened — which is why it pairs naturally with an insect-repellent wipe, the product that tries to stop the bite in the first place. A range carrying both covers the whole outdoor problem rather than half of it.
Sizes, substrate and pack
The pad is nonwoven, saturated with the antipruritic solution and sealed one per sachet so the dose stays intact until the moment it is used. The size range runs from 65×30 mm for a single bite up to 300×300 mm, with any custom size cut on request; boxes hold 50 or 100. Irradiation sterilisation is available as an option, and the sting relief pad sits inside the scope of our ISO 13485:2016 certificate.
Building an outdoor or first-aid range
Under one private label you can run the sting relief pad, the insect-repellent wipe and an alcohol prep pad in matching artwork and matching box counts, made on the same lines under the same quality system. For a buyer that is usually a better proposition than three products from three suppliers, each with its own lead time and its own paperwork.
Frequently asked questions
What does a sting relief pad do?
It carries an antipruritic solution for temporary relief of the pain and itching of insect bites, minor cuts and scrapes. It is a symptomatic-relief product, not a treatment for infection.
Is it sterile?
Non-sterile by default; irradiation sterilisation is available as an option.
What sizes are available?
From 65×30 mm up to 300×300 mm, plus any custom size on request. Boxes hold 50 or 100 pads.
Can you private-label it and match it to our other products?
Yes — sachet and carton artwork are printed to your brand, and the pad can be produced in the same sizes and box counts as the rest of your range.
