In short: Stripmed designs and builds its own folding and cutting lines, so a non-standard size is a tooling change we make in-house — not a bottleneck. You get any size from 65×30 mm to 300×300 mm at standard mass-production lead times, all made under ISO 13485:2016.

Why most suppliers can't flex on size

Suppliers who buy their converting machines from a third party are locked to that machine's fixed formats. A non-standard size means new tooling ordered from the machine vendor, long changeovers and higher MOQs — so "custom size" becomes slow and hard to source.

Why our self-built lines can

We engineer our own cutting, folding and sealing stations. Because the line is ours, a format change is a reconfiguration we own and execute internally — no waiting on an outside machine builder, no penalty changeover. Process optimization is something we do continuously, not something we outsource.

What you can specify

Lead time & MOQ

Because the size change happens on our own line, custom dimensions ship at mass-production lead times (15–25 working days) with a flexible MOQ — trial quantities are welcome for new customers.

Frequently asked questions

Can you cut a non-standard size?

Yes. Tell us the folded or flat dimensions you need and we cut to spec, from 65×30 mm to 300×300 mm.

Does a custom size take longer?

Not significantly. Because we built our own lines, a format change is an in-house reconfiguration, so custom sizes run at mass-production lead times.

What is the size range?

Roughly 65×30 mm to 300×300 mm folded, plus bespoke dimensions on request.
