Why a spray rather than a wipe
Nothing touches the site. For a fresh piercing or tattoo that matters more than convenience: the user sprays, lets it sit and pats dry, with no pressure and no fibres left on healing skin. A spray also reaches awkward places — behind an ear, the back of a shoulder — and one bottle replaces a box of sachets in a customer's cabinet. Wipes still win where you need a single dosed application, a travel kit, or a sealed unit that cannot leak in transit.
What goes in the bottle
Alcohol-free by default, so it does not sting broken or healing skin. The fill is specified per order: an isotonic saline rinse where you want a neutral aftercare product, or a benzalkonium or cetrimide solution where the market expects a named antiseptic. All of them run on the same lines. Tell us the composition your market requires and the claims you need to support, and we build to that.
Formats and what to specify
The standard bottle is 50 ml with a fine-mist pump; other volumes, cap styles and full label artwork are made to spec. Irradiation sterilisation is available as an option. Antiseptic spray sits inside the scope of our ISO 13485:2016 certificate, and an EU Declaration of Conformity is available on request. Lead time is 15–25 working days.
Frequently asked questions
Is the antiseptic spray alcohol-free?
Yes, by default. Alcohol stings broken and healing skin, so the standard build is alcohol-free. An alcohol formulation can be produced if your market requires it.
Can it be used on a new piercing or tattoo?
It is made as a cleansing rinse for aftercare, not a medicated treatment. Follow the aftercare guidance given by the piercer or studio, and your own market's labelling rules.
Is it sterile?
Non-sterile by default. Irradiation sterilisation is available as an option where the application requires it.
What sizes, and can you private-label it?
50 ml is standard; other volumes, caps and full private-label artwork are made to your specification.
