What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+
Standard MOQ is 10,000 units per size. For OEM/private label, MOQ is 50,000 units. We can discuss smaller trial orders for new customers.
Do you offer private label / OEM packaging?+
Yes, full OEM and private label services including custom packaging design, your brand and logo, custom specs and packaging languages. First OEM sample lead time is 15 days.
What certifications do these products carry?+
Manufactured under an ISO 13485:2016 quality system, with a China Class II medical device manufacturing license. We provide an EU Declaration of Conformity for all products; alcohol and iodine prep pads and swabsticks are registered Class II devices in China.
What is the typical lead time?+
Standard orders: 15–25 working days after PO and 30% deposit. Urgent orders via air freight. OEM with new packaging: add 10–15 days for print approval.
Can I get a free sample?+
Yes, we provide free samples (customer pays shipping). Standard samples ship within 3–5 business days. Use the inquiry form or WhatsApp to arrange.
How do you support EU market access?+
We are registered in EUDAMED (SRN CN-MF-000047617) with an EU Authorised Representative, and we provide an EU Declaration of Conformity for all products, plus the technical file on request. The company does not hold a notified-body CE certificate.
