OEM FAQ

Do you sign NDA agreements?+

Yes, we are happy to sign a mutual NDA before any exchange of proprietary specifications, artwork, or business information. Mention this in your inquiry and we'll arrange it promptly.

Can I sell under my own brand in the EU?+

Yes. We provide an EU Declaration of Conformity for each product line and are registered in EUDAMED with an EU Authorised Representative, so your brand can appear on the packaging. Note: the company does not hold a notified-body CE certificate. We can also discuss registering products under your own manufacturer entity if required.

Can you match a competitor's product specifications?+

In most cases, yes. Provide us with a specification sheet or reference sample, and we can produce a close-matching product. We'll confirm in writing before proceeding. All formulations are produced under ISO 13485.

How long from order to first shipment?+

Standard OEM with existing packaging: 15–25 working days. New packaging requiring print: add 10–15 days. First samples in 7–15 days before mass production.

What payment terms do you offer?+

Standard: 30% deposit on order, 70% before shipment. For established customers we can discuss 30% deposit / 70% on copy of B/L. Prices in USD or EUR as agreed.

Can I visit the factory before ordering?+

Absolutely. We welcome factory visits and audits, and can arrange a virtual tour via video call if visiting in person isn't practical. Contact us to schedule.
