◆ Quality Series · Part 6
In short: three inspection gates and a controlled release stand between raw material and a shipped box.

Three tiers of inspection

GateWhat is checked
IncomingNonwoven weight & appearance, alcohol content, packaging materials
In-processFirst-article check, fill volume, seal, routine patrols
Finished lotAppearance, size, weight, concentration, fluid volume, fluorescence, efficacy, seal integrity

Controlled release

  • A lot is released only after the batch and quality records are complete, all results pass, and the label / UDI is verified.
  • An authorised releaser signs the release — it is not automatic.
  • A COA per lot is issued.
  • Retention samples are kept and observed (at least 2 years from release).
For buyers — what to ask for: a COA per lot covering the key attributes, and the retention-sample policy. Both are signs of a controlled release, not a paperwork afterthought.
